Just yesterday we set up this sign at the Joyce Johnson Property in Rorekton, Manitoba. We had to remove builds covered with asbestos. Then had soil brought to fill in the voids and planted native grasses to cover the ground. This has taken two years to this point. Welcome to the new MWF Habitat Foundation website! We have a new look and feel that will promote all the benefits of becoming a donor, a partner, or some who wants to support the conservation and protection of upland and wetland habitats. Our commitment is to promote and support the preservation of wildlife habitat through public education in the art and science of sustainable development. The lands we protect today are not only of future, but provide critical habitats and ecosystems for wildlife, fish, insects, and all creatures.
