City Cats and staff are proud supporters of Winnipeg's Learn to Fish program. Partnering with the City of Winnipeg, local tackle stores, and the Province of Manitoba. This grassroots program provide a unique opportunity to showcase fishing techniques to new anglers.
Many of these anglers are youth and for them, this may be the first time they have ever held a fishing rod in their hands. Teaching youth about the basics of fishing will provide them with a life long skill that hopefully they will pass down to their children.
